2025, brass abrasive brushes, brass tubes, steel, mineral salts for animals, motors, 110×8×8 cm each

Brass abrasive brushes transform into petals, rigid rather than soft, tools of care through an apparently violent act. Some of these artificial flowers recall heliotropism, the movement by which certain blossoms orient themselves toward the sun. Yet, while natural flowers follow the light, some of these brushes rotate in endless motion, exploring, waiting, or in disorientation. They rise in a utopian attempt to scrape the unreachable sky, drawn by light.
