Bells breathe wildly
2019, Sound installation in Water Tower

The sound of the Bells was recorded, and then processed. This manipulation consists in merging their vibrations and reverberation, in an attempt to emulate the same fluid rhythm as flowing water. The original sounds were recorded in the Bell Tower of Guilmi. The final track was then played inside the Water Tower of the same village, spreading the new rhythm of the Bells in the surrounding landscape.

Bells breathe wildly is a work made during a residence hosted and produced by Guilmi Art Project, Italy, 2019.
